The business part: I wish I had met Tim first when I started looking in Texas. I wouldn't have bothered with any other agent! Tim is an energetic, motivated, knowledgeable realtor, the first one who was willing to show me properties I thought would be far out of his territory. Very helpful. If he didn't know an answer he was always quick to find one. Did a great job helping us negotiate the price we wanted. Replies quickly to emails and text messages. Recommended a good home inspector and goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and to make sure the customer is happy. Very personable and always on time for meetings.
